We Have a New Website!
The Southwest Nova Scotia Curators group consists of museums in the southwest part of the province. It's an informal group that has been meeting for over 25 years each spring and fall. Initially it was a small group but it has steadily grown as more museums opened.
The full day meetings are held in different locations with each museum taking a turn to host.
Their primary purpose is to provide a forum to network and discuss current issues and concerns, plan joint exhibits and share ideas about such topics as fund-raising or event planning. Of course, it's a chance to get together for a bit of socializing.
